What attracted you to Real Estate?
I bought my first home when I was 21 and was married. I had a great job in the furniture industry and was tired of paying rent. The Real Estate process impressed and intrigued me.
What differentiates you from other Real Estate Professionals?
I cannot speak about other Real Estate professionals; but I feel that the profession of Real Estate must be ethical. My goal is to satisfy the needs of my clients; but do it in an honest and ethical manner.
What have you found most important in your business?
Honesty. I am possibly working with a client's largest single purchase. My experience and skills can often save my clients money and/or heartache.
Has your prior work experience helped you in Real Estate?
Prior to my career in Real Estate, I was a Planner at a local Marine Repair Facility. In this unique position I solved problems ad instructed other employees in specific required skills. In my next career I created and operated a youth/family crisis program.
Each of these careers has forced me to foster excellent communication skills. In addition, I have learned to view situations from different perspectives.
What is your unique value proposition?
Understanding the client's "wants" and "needs" is critical. This requires good communication and good listening. Each of my clients is unique. Their wants and needs are their own.
My goal is to achieve the goals set by my clients. This means to help Buyers find the home of their dreams, in a price that they can afford; or, to help Sellers move on with the proceeds they desire.
