Here's just a little bit about me...I have lived in the Clarkston/Waterford area and worked in Southeastern Michigan my entire life. My father owned a family water well drilling business and I guess you could say, that was my first job since I went to work with him every summer since I was a little kid. Dad taught me a lot whether I was interested or not. I originally went to school for business and accounting and ran a lawn and landscape business with my husband for many years. Then I went to work for a builder as a sales and construction assistant. That is where I discovered the passion for Real Estate and went for my Real Estate license. I started selling Real Estate in January of 1996 and have had the opportunity to experience many changes in the real estate market over the past 28+ years. I have watched the growth and evolution of our area and find all of it fascinating! I even had a side job for a few years with a local electrical company during the real estate downturn of 2008 doing their bookkeeping. I suppose you could say, I'm pretty well rounded when it comes to my knowledge and experience. However, Real Estate has always been my true passion and I love sharing my experience and knowledge to assist people in achieving their real estate goals.
Through the years, I have continued to educate myself on new and innovative ways to market, negotiate and sell the American Dream. Over the past years, I have expanded my education and elevated my real estate license to an associate broker status. I've also completed special training in probate cases and achieve my designations as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS). This special designation training has taught me how to work with the specific challenges that seniors, military personnel and relocating families face before, during and after a move. Whether you are buying, selling, or both, I promise to always go above and beyond to get the job done. Let me show you what I can do.
